Lady Finger is a green vegetable and is a good source of carotenoids which helps in better vision. It also helps in improving skin health and helps in production red blood cells. It has good amounts of Vitamin C and helps in Weight loss because of the fibre in it.

HARVEST: Flowering begins from 30-40 days after sowing. The crop is harvested in 55-65 days after planting when the pods are 2-3 inches long. At this stage pods are still tender, they later grow up to be fibrous. They grow very fast and should be harvested every two days.
